Is Hawk Tuah girl just a patsy?

Either way, she deserves to pay.

During the X Space where she got called out for her scammy token, Hawk Tuah let Coffeezilla in without apparently having any idea who he was.

She didn’t interact with Coffeezilla at all. She said “then why the fcuk are you on here?” when Coffeezilla told them their launch was abysmal, and then she only spoke again when she said she “had to go to bed.”

During the entire time, only one person from her team spoke to Coffeezilla, before muting his mic.

This guy, who by the way spent the whole conversation digging their hole even deeper with very poor communication skills, admitted, among other things, to deliberately targeting ‘non-crypto’ people with their token.

I want to state something from the outset.

In criminal and civil law, there is something called ‘strict liability’.

Strict liability means somebody is legally responsible for the consequences flowing from an activity involving them in any way, shape or form, regardless of fault or criminal intent.

This is why when companies get in trouble, the CEO automatically gets in trouble, even when he/she didn’t do anything.

Translated, Hawk Tuah girl, Haliey Welch, is in trouble, and should be trouble, and deserves to be in trouble.

But I wonder, did someone simply got her involved showing her the dollar sign?

This is one of the scammiest token launches I’ve seen. The guy that spoke during the Space with Coffeezilla got her even more in trouble with really bad answers.

And everything on the blockchain is easily verifiable. Anywhere between 96 and 97 percent of the total supply appears to have been sold to friends of friends, (= wallets linked to the team behind the project), and dumped right after launch.

This isn’t the last time we hear of this. This is clearly going to have legal repercussions.

I think. And hope.
