My original headline would’ve been, ‘Leo Wallet is a joke’, but I felt it would’ve been too strong, and I feel it would’ve been insensitive, considering the reason I downloaded the wallet in the first place was to get some free monies from Coinbase.
So I’m gonna go with mess. But it is a mess.
For context, for a few days now, most Coinbase users have been able to get some free ALEO thanks to new earn-and-learn quests.
For one of the quests, you’ve got to download Leo Wallet and perform a few things.
The problem is Leo Wallet, at least on iOS, is extremely glitchy.
Whenever you open the wallet, it takes about 10-15 minutes to ‘sync balance’.
The $5 I got as part of the quest is gone, for whatever reason, and two features won’t work, both needed for two of the available quests.
‘Add liquidity’ doesn’t work, and swapping doesn’t work.
I’m gonna give it a few more days, then I’m gonna withdraw what I can withdraw and forget all about it.
I can see why everyone, everywhere, any sector, is obsessed with getting developers involved.
