This almost certainly happened because Keith Gill, the guy behind the GameStop stock saga, posted to his Roaring Kitty X account for the first time in three years.
PEPE rallied as a result, not just in terms of its value but also in terms of volume, up 245 percent in the last 24 hours. At the time of writing, PEPE has a market cap in excess of Ethereum Classic, making the 23rd-largest cryptocurrency by market value.
Is it time to buy or sell? I sold. Chiefly because Bitcoin is the only currency I’m determined to never sell, but everything else, why not? You only get to live once and stuff costs money.
Mind you, I’ll keep an eye out and continue to buy when the price goes back down again, which it will.
