Yesterday, META crashed for about 30 minutes.
So that means that Facebook, Instagram and even WhatsApp (although the WhatsApp issue was resolved faster than the other two) were completely unusable for a while.
People panicked and took to X, or Twitter, to do what they do best: share memes.
It’s unclear whether there’s a correlation between the new ATH and the crash, probably not, but the funniest thing in the world is that, among the memes, one tweet stood out.
Meta head of communications Andy Stone was forced to use X to address people’s concerns regarding Meta’s glitch.
That’s like a high-ranking executive working for Ferrari who shows up at the factory with a Lamborghini because his Ferrari wouldn’t start.
It made me laugh.
