The developer complex favours a project everyone’s obsessed with at the moment

And guess where they’re all going?

It seems to me developers are like footballers.

At least in certain markets.

They want to be overpaid. But that’s not enough.

They want to be overpaid, and cuddled, and complimented, and flattered. And they want to believe in the ‘project’.

It’s the project syndrome. Just like footballers.

World class footballers want outrageous salaries, and free stuff, and a free car, and total liberty when it comes to their other projects.

But they also want to make sure they’ll have great players to play with.

They want to make sure their passes will be received by players who know how to handle the ball. And that when they get the ball back, the pass will be spot on.

Same with developers.

How else would we explain why the number of developers being involved a project is considered a key metric for the project itself?

And that’s the bottom line.

Top developers are all working on Solana, or at Solana. As in, Solana-related project.

“There are no easy games, sorry I mean crypto projects, and we’re taking this one game, sorry I mean project, at the time.”
