I’m at SUI Basecamp, and I’m covering stuff I find interesting. This NFT collection certainly qualifies.
Subbed SuiFrens, and obviously built on Sui, this collection is a family of NFTs, each with different traits, kinda like having different pets, and each with customisable accessories.
This is brilliant, but the question is, are NFTs still relevant?
After a woeful end of 2022 and even worse 2023, NFTs are (slowly) rising again, both in terms of volume and value, but they’re still a far cry from what they were between the last few months of 2021 and the first few months of 2022.
That peak feels so wild and so unrealistically high it may never come back again.
We’ll see.
