Hype is an enemy we don’t talk about enough.
Hype is what made people buy the Omega X Swatch MoonSwatch just so they could flip it. It worked for a spell but now people are stuck with a watch they don’t want. And it got even worse with the Blancpain x Swatch.
Hype is what makes people spend money they can’t afford to go places they don’t really like.
This is why Dubai ranked as the most overrated travel destinations of 2023.
Hype is what makes people spend money on dumb crypto projects. I’m telling you this because I’m part of the Solana Facebook group and it’s quite frankly comical.
So many of the projects that are mentioned are either overhyped projects with no value, or downright scams.
Don’t buy into the hype.
If you’ve got $400 on a watch, buy a good watch, not that stupid piece of plastic that’s the Blancpain x Swatch.
If you wanna go on holiday, don’t go to Dubai just because that’s what everyone else is doing.
And if you’re not sure what crypto to buy, the answer is simple: Bitcoin first and always.
