I’m usually quite happy to get free crypto whenever I can get them and the latest free-ish crypto I got is called Moonbeam (GLMR).
GLMR is the latest addition to the portfolio of coins and tokens I can use to withdraw funds from the only faucet I still use so I thought why not.
Part of the Polkadot ecosystem and available on Binance, GLMR is a smart contract platform for cross-chain apps on Polkadot.
At the time of writing, it has a price of $0.34, which is peanuts compared to the massive ATH of January 2022 ($19.50!)
Realistically, I don’t think it’ll ever get back to that but you never know. In the meantime, I’ll start using it to withdraw funds from the faucet.
Why not, it’s basically free money after all.
