I’m stuck between airports for the next XY hours so why not make the most of it to turn boredom into usable prose.

First thing you do at an airport, you buy overpriced food. Check.

I just a sandwich that should keep me *unhungry* (not a word, I know) till morning, that’s the goal.

The sandwich I had, exactly the same sandwich, would be available from any other franchise of the same brand and name in the centre and it would cost 1 or 2 euros.

But because I’m at the airport, it cost €6

---

But whatever.

I’m now unhungry, and I shall be until tomorrow morning.

Also, my flight’s delayed.

As you do, not that it matters, because I’ll have to spend the night at the airport anyway.
