A super cheap layer 1 blockchain you may have never heard of

Now available from Faucet Crypto, too.

My favourite crypto faucet, aptly called Faucet Crypto, just added a new crypto that can be used to withdraw funds.

It’s called Klaytn (KLAY), and I’d never heard of it, so I looked it up.

First of all, the minimum withdrawals for most crypto on this faucet is 1,000 coins, which is equivalent to roughly $0.04-$0.09, which I tend to reach daily – sometimes more than once a day – as I’ve been using this faucet for a long time (as you level up, rewards multiply).

However, with KLAY, the minimum is now 2,000 coins.

Only a few cryptos on the site require a higher limit than 1,000 coins to withdraw, so that means KLAY joins an elite list of crypto that includes FTM, MATIC, TRX, BNB, BTC and AVAX.

Every other crypto, including BCH, DOGE and LTC, only require 1,000 coins. But I digress.

So what’s KLAY?

Developed in South Korea, Klaytn is a layer 1 blockchain launched in 2019.

So far, it has hosted over 1 billion transactions and 300 dApps.

Also, it has super cheap transaction fees.

Available on most exchanges, including Binance, KuCoin and OKX, it has a value of $0.13, down from its ATH of $4.10 of March 2021.

Total supply is 5.841 billion coins, circulating supply is 3.239 billion.

The market cap is a hair under $770 million.

SIDE NOTE: I know I keep banging on about this faucet, but it’s because I think it’s great. At first, it may take days to get to the minimum withdrawals, but once you start using it daily, it’ll pay off. So far I’ve made an average of $8 a month. And I expect to steadily reach $10 (and $20 and so on) soon.
